Louis joined Oyster IMS at the beginning of 2024. He is a highly motivated IT professional, with support and management experience ranging from large-multinational’s to SME’s.
He holds ITIL and Microsoft certifications, having worked in support line functions before moving into a senior management capacity. His focus has always been on end-user experience and empowering colleagues to work without barriers to execution. He has managed and executed multiple global cloud-migration projects impacting 100+ countries, with a particular emphasis on reducing on-premise infrastructure, cost, consolidation of applications and improving redundancy.
Louis prides himself on his ability to engage stakeholders with new initiatives and bring people with him during innovation and change.
