Oyster IMS at ARMA London 2011

Oyster IMS will be hosting an education session on Records Management in Financial Services at this year's London ARMA conference. The event which is being held at the Hilton London Metropole from 7 - 9 November is a joint event with NAID and PRISM and more information and registration details can be found by clicking here.

Josef Elliott of Oyster IMS will be leading a discussion on Records Management issues in Financial Services with David Hill from the Bank of England and David Francis from leading Lloyd's of London insurer Canopius. The session will cover the issues facing records managers and the ways in which both the Bank of England and Canopius have approached dealing with these issues. Topics will include:

• Federated Records Management
• Technology implementation
• Getting policy sign-off and organisational buy-in
• E-discovery

The Oyster IMS led session takes place on Tuesday 8 November from 3.45pm to 5pm.
